Kaden's Blog (#1)
Hi! This is my first entry on the blog, and I miss everybody.
Today I went to Tivoli, an amusement park/garden in Copenhagen, for class as a team building exercise. I got there by a train that the whole year 9 (8th graders) took and we hung out at the park near the Royal Gardens, where I played infection tag with my friends and classmates for 30 minutes. After that, the whole group walked over to Tivoli where we skipped the whole line because my school had a reservation. When we walked in, there were flowers in the entryway (The purple ones). That's my friend, Lewis, and me and him were buddies for the trip.
Our first ride we went on was called the Golden Drop. This is like the Panic Plunge at Silverwood, but it is 2x as high. We lucked out an there was no line, so we just walked up and got on.
After the Golden Drop, we went on all of your classic amusement park rides, like bumper cars, water ride, and then we went and ate lunch with my friends Thadus and Sebastian, where I ate my lunch Khloe packed for me. Then we went on more rides, like some very scary ones that were very thrilling. Then we found a garden with lots of fruits and vegetables that we ate. I ate all the types of apples that the garden had (which was 4). They were very good. I ate some chilis that were very hot. They made me want to stick a garden hose in my mouth and not pull it out. After that, we met some friends, so we went to a neon hamster wheel, which was very fun.
After the hamster cage, we went to check in with Tim (the responsible adult), where we told him whether we where leaving or staying, so I bought an extended pass so we could stay as long as we wanted. It cost way less money than if it was a normal pass, so I got like 65% off of the ticket and it was definitely worth the money because me and Lewis went on all the rides, even the ones that were a bit scary, which says something coming from me because I trust the rides, but these were certain death if they were to break.
After that, we tried to find the few people that stayed at the park, so we went to the rollercoaster exit that they said that they were on and out of the corner of my eye, I saw the picture that was taken when you're on the rollercoaster and I thought I saw my dad. It made me very happy, but I was also very confused because I knew he was not at an amusement park during the work day.
this looks like him because he recently got a hair cut. |
After those, I went and got some churros, then left with Lewis and my friend Harry on the train.
they where very good 10 / 10 - they where very fresh. |
this was a very pretty park and I was so glad I got to come. |
Looks Like a super fun day! Thanks for writing about it. Nana Lisa
